Smart Monitoring of Health, Wellness and Fitness: Heart Rate Variability and Wearable Technology

How can we use heart rate variability (HRV) to monitor health, stress, body battery, sleep, training status and recuperation? This course will describe the science and practical applications of using HRV monitoring in our daily lives, as well as review the different wearable options we can use to monitor HRV and how the general population can easily analyze and understand the data to optimize health, fitness and training.
Participants will learn to:
- Describe heart rate variability and its applications in monitoring health, wellness and fitness;
- Analyze and understand the HRV data in the latest wearable technology; and
- Understand the importance of HRV monitoring in optimizing health, fitness and training.
